Cancellation Policy
At SBEK, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our concierge team at reserve@sbek.in. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Eligibility
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please note that personalized or custom-made items may have different cancellation policies, so refer to the product description for details.
Refund Process
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Changes to Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.
